Natasha Kanapé Fontaine is a slam poet, author, actor, visual artist and indigenous rights activist from Québec in Canada. Innu of Pessamit community of the North Shore, her poetry is one of women in motion, celebrating their power and the Earth in healing process. Natasha Kanapé Fontaine is part of the new generation of a people rising from the ashes, and who intends to take the place it deserves.



Susie Anderson is a Wergaia writer and producer based in Sydney. She has performed at and organised literary events in both Melbourne and Sydney, most recently appearing at the 2017 Emerging Writers Festival. In 2016 she completed a residency at the Banff Centre in Canada and was a Wheeler Centre Hot Desk Fellow in 2014. Selected publications include Runway Magazine, The Lifted Brow Digital and Voiceworks.



Tina Makereti is a fiction writer. She has also been recognized for her non-fiction, winning the Royal Society of New Zealand Manhire Prize for Creative Science Writing (Non-fiction) in 2009. Makereti holds a PhD from the International Institute of Modern Letters.



James Brown's latest book /Floods Another Chamber/ was born in October and has already started talking








Hera Lindsay Bird is a Wellington poet. Her debut self-titled book of poetry was published in 2016 with Victoria University Press and became an instant bestseller with an international fan base.
